The 2026 International Partnering Forum (IPF) will take place February 9-12, 2026, at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in New York (NY), USA. The IPF is the premier offshore wind energy conference in North America. Hosted by Oceantic Network, this events connects global leaders and businessess in the supply chain, offers unparalleled networking opportunities, and delivers breaking updates on the industry, from technology to policy.

Netherlands Lounge

Due to recent developments in the U.S. offshore wind market and changes in the format of IPF 2026, the event will be smaller in scale with a stronger focus on in-depth conversations, maintaining relationships, and strategic networking rather than a large exhibition floor.

As a result, Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) will organize a smaller, more intimate Netherlands Lounge instead of a full-scale pavilion. This lounge will prioritize Dutch visibility through company logos and national branding, while providing a dedicated space to facilitate meetings and meaningful interactions.

Participation in the Netherlands Lounge  includes the following:

• conference ticket (one) for IPF 2026;
• fully furnished shared booth with customized design at the exhibition floor;
• exposure of company logo and name at the Lounge;
• participation in all conference sessions, poster sessions and WindMatch (B2B);
• your company included in the (online) IPF exhibitor directory;
• shared TV for corporate video (max. 1,5 min) OR PowerPoint Presentation (max. 6 slides);
• support with arranging individual meetings;
• support in preparing your participation before, during and after IPF 2026;
• participation in NL – US side event(s) (TBC);
• catering in the Netherlands Pavilion (coffee/tea, water & snacks);
• IPF general catering (lunches, drinks etc.);
• listing in the NL Mission booklet; and
• Joint NL promotion.
