From 3-5 March 2020, Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) will organize a Holland Lounge/Pavilion at the Wind Energy Asia (WEA) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. This expo is the successor of the Asia-Pacific Wind Power Expo that took place in Taiwan in 2019. 

The WEA is the main B2B trading platform in Taiwan dedicated to offshore wind. Main mission of the expo organizers is to integrate domestic and overseas resources to assist Taiwan in developing and building an entire supply chain for the wind energy industry. 

Holland Lounge/Pavilion
HHWE will set up a Holland Lounge or Pavilion, depending on amount of participants. A minimal number of 6 participants is required to set up the Pavilion with a total area of 54sqm (see floorplan here). In case less than 6 registrered participants, we will join with a lounge with a total area of 18sqm. 

Participation includes the following:
- Fully furnished booth with customized (Holland branding) design;
- Exposure of company logo, name and poster/photo;
- Hostess/support on site;
- Catering;
- TV for PPT;
- Hotel recommendation;
- Participation in the side program, consisting of in anyway a technical workshop (topics to be suggested by the participants), K2K opening ceremony and a network reception at the booth;
- Possibility to be included in the Holland Session at the Conference (see below);
- Side visit to Offshore Wind Farm (TBC, depends on number of participants);
- Support with arranging (individual) meetings/company visits; and
- Joint promotion.

In case of the Holland Pavilion every participant will get his own desk incl. poster. If help is needed by making appointments, please let us know which (Taiwanese) companies you would like to meet and we will help you arrange a meeting.

Holland Session @ WEA Conference
The Holland Session will be included in the conference on Wednesday March 4. Agenda will be drafted in consultation with NTIO and the organizer of the conference AsiaWEA.
The focus of the Holland Session will be on specific Dutch Offshore Wind Technology and is not intended for commercial company pitches.

Non PIB members: €1.750

Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses. All prices are without VAT. To cover part of the fee, SME's can apply for a RVO mission voucher with a maximum worth of €875,00. If help is needed to apply for this voucher, please contact Eline Timmer (contact details below). Please note that it's up to RVO to whether grant the mission voucher or not. HHWE can't give any guarantee for this.
