In the upcoming months the economic network in China, Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) and Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), will organize a dialogue between the Chinese and Dutch sector about the developments and opportunities in the Chinese offshore wind sector.

Various topics as far sea developments, operation & maintenance, and ecology will be discussed by various experts from both sides. We would like to update the new developments in the Chinese market and explore the new opportunities for the next 5-10 years. By doing so we hope to introduce key players from both sides to each other and stimulate new cooperations

Webinar Developments in the Chinese Offshore Wind Energy Sector

This is an excellent opportunity to gain insights into the rapidly growing offshore wind market in China, with direct access to key Chinese stakeholders and policymakers.

China is making significant investments in the energy transition. Over the next decades, the Chinese government aims to further develop offshore energy projects. Near shore projects reached the potential development capacity, new planning of coastal regions are moving towards further distance area (30+ kilometers). Projects developed in the past 10 years come to the stage that operation and maintenances is very crucial, AI and automation innovations are booming to improve the whole life cycle of wind farms. With new developments and changes, it`s important to update your knowledge on the market developments and where is the new opportunities for Dutch companies.

The webinar will cover key developments in the Chinese offshore wind sector, including policy changes, tender processes and market developments. With presentations from Chinese organizations and a Q&A session, the seminar will provide a comprehensive overview of the offshore wind sector and offer participants the chance to engage directly with key stakeholders.
