DESCRIPTION:Details\nThe International Partnering Forum (IPF) is the largest offshore wind conference in the Western hemisphere. IPF is where the offshore wind industry comes together to receive breaking news\, gain technical knowledge\, and engage in networking opportunities with industry colleagues and decision makers. The IPF is organized by the Business Network for Offshore Wind (BNOW)\, a non profit organization solely focused on the development of the U.S. offshore wind industry and advancement of its supply chain. \nWith the current state of affairs in offshore wind in the U.S.\, the project pipeline and the release of the final environmental impact statement for Vineyard Wind\, which is a big success for the further developments of Vineyard Wind\, the time is right to capitalize on business opportunities in the U.S. \nIPF Virtual & Together\nThe IPF 2021 is being held in two parts: virtual and in-person. \n– IPF Virtual: April 22\, May 13\, and June 17;\n– IPF Together: August 24-26 in Richmond\, Virginia. \nBy splitting the vast amount of educational content and in-person networking into two segments\, the IPF can provide you with the technical and policy information you need and allow for more dedicated time for relationship building at the in-person event. \nDue to COVID-19\, the IPF Together is limited to 1\,250 attendees. \nNL Netherlands Lounge Package\nHolland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) will organize a NL Netherlands Lounge at the IPF 2021 Together. Participation in the NL Netherlands Lounge includes the following: \n– Conference ticket for both IPF Virtual and IPF Together;\n– Fully furnished booth (20x20ft | 6x6m) with customized NL Netherlands design at the IPF Together;\n– Exposure of company logo\, name and/or corporate photos at the IPF Together;\n–  Hostess/support on site;\n–  Catering;\n– TV for PPT (max. 8 slides) or corporate movie (max. 2 min) at the IPF Together;\n– Hotel recommendation (if applicable);\n– Participation in the side program (TBC);\n– Presentation at the designated area at the IPF Together;\n– Your company included at the IPF (online) Directory;\n– Designated meeting room for the NL participants at the IPF Together;\n– Participation in the WindMatch sessions\, virtual posters sessions and access to virtual presentations via download;\n– Support with arranging (individual) (online) meetings; and\n– Joint promotion. \nParticipation costs IPF Virtual + Together\nPIB members: free of charge (incl. 1 free conference ticket for IPF Virtual and Together)\, very additional ticket per  person €1.250 (regular price directly via IPF: $2\,295 | €1.940 per person for ticket only)\nHHWE members: €2.300 (incl. 1 conference tickedt for both IPF Virtual and Together)\, every additional ticket per  person €1.800 (regular price directly via IPF: $2\,295 | €1.940 per person for ticket only)\nnon HHWE members: €2.700 (incl. 1 conference tickedt for both IPF Virtual and Together)\, every additional ticket per  person €2.100 (regular price directly via IPF: $2\,295 | €1.940 per person for ticket only) \nParticipants are responsible for their own travel expenses. All prices are without VAT. To cover part of the fee\, SME’s can apply for a RVO mission voucher with a maximum worth of 50% of the participants fee.
