SUMMARY:Netherlands Pavilion @ International Partnering Forum (IPF)
DESCRIPTION:The 2026 International Partnering Forum (IPF) will take place February 9-12\, 2026\, at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in New York (NY)\, USA. The IPF is the premier offshore wind energy conference in North America. Hosted by Oceantic Network\, this events connects global leaders and businessess in the supply chain\, offers unparalleled networking opportunities\, and delivers breaking updates on the industry\, from technology to policy. \nNetherlands Lounge\nDue to recent developments in the U.S. offshore wind market and changes in the format of IPF 2026\, the event will be smaller in scale with a stronger focus on in-depth conversations\, maintaining relationships\, and strategic networking rather than a large exhibition floor. \nAs a result\, Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) will organize a smaller\, more intimate Netherlands Lounge instead of a full-scale pavilion. This lounge will prioritize Dutch visibility through company logos and national branding\, while providing a dedicated space to facilitate meetings and meaningful interactions. \nParticipation in the Netherlands Lounge  includes the following: \n\nconference ticket (one) for IPF 2026;\nfully furnished shared booth with customized design at the exhibition floor;\nexposure of company logo and name at the Lounge;\nparticipation in all conference sessions\, poster sessions and WindMatch (B2B);\nyour company included in the (online) IPF exhibitor directory;\nshared TV for corporate video (max. 1\,5 min) OR PowerPoint Presentation (max. 6 slides);\nsupport with arranging individual meetings;\nsupport in preparing your participation before\, during and after IPF 2026;\nparticipation in NL – US side event(s) (TBC);\ncatering in the Netherlands Pavilion (coffee/tea\, water & snacks);\nIPF general catering (lunches\, drinks etc.);\nlisting in the NL Mission booklet; and\nJoint NL promotion.\n\nParticipation costs\nParticipation costs will be shared in the coming period. \nMore information and registration\nOur official registration will start soon.\nIn the meantime\, we would like to gauge interest from potential participants. SUMMARY:Netherlands Lounge @ Wind Expo Tokyo
DESCRIPTION:The Japanese government has set ambitious goals: by the end of 2025\, they aim to deploy an impressive 6GW of offshore wind capacity\, expanding to 30-45GW by 2040\, including floating wind farms. This is a bold step towards achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. To realize this vision\, Japan recognizes the need for international expertise\, creating incredible opportunities for Dutch wind energy companies! \nThe Netherlands is highly regarded in Japan as reliable and innovative partner in offshore wind energy. Since 2014\, Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE)\, supported by the Dutch government\, has built a strong and extensive network within the Japanese wind energy industry. This collaboration has already paved the way for many successes and promises eveen greater potential. \nTo further explore this exciting opportunities for the Dutch wind sector and enhance visibility in the Japanese market\, HHWE\, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Tokyo and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)\, will organize a Netherlands Lounge at the Wind Expo Tokyo 2026. This leading event will take place from March 17 – 19\, 2026\, in Tokyo\, Japan. \nDon’t miss this unique opportunity to showcase the power of Dutch innovation in offshore wind on the global stage! \nNetherlands Pavilion\nFor the 2026 edition we reserved a floorspace of 250sqm for the Netherlands Pavilion\, of which 100sqm will be allocated for the Netherlands Lounge. The rest of the floorspace is for Dutch companies who want to have their own booth and identity\, but want to be part of the Netherlands Pavilion. The Netherlands Pavilion is located at a central spot of the Wind Expo Tokyo (WET) exhibition floor. \nNetherlands Lounge – poster panel\nIn the joint Netherlands Lounge\, every participant will get individual exposure as well. The Lounge can accommodate up to 24 companies. See photos below for an impression of the Netherlands Lounge at the Wind Expo Tokyo February 2025 edition. \nThe following services are included: \n\nfully equipped joint Netherlands booth with customized branding;\nown poster desk for each participating company (poster dimensions 950mm W x 1730mm H)\, with space for company brochures;\nexposure of company logo within the Lounge design;\nshared TV screen for corporate video (max. 1\,5 min.) OR PowerPoint Presentation (max. 6 slides) in the Lounge;\nhosting support on site from HHWE\, NL Embassy and interpreters;\nsupport in arranging individual meetings with Japanese stakeholders;\nyour company profile in the (online) exhibitor directory AND the NL mission booklet;\nhotel and flight recommendation;\nparticipation in the JP – NL side event\, one day prior to the exhibition;\ndrinks & snacks in the Lounge (incl. barista for the best coffee!); and\njoint promotion.\n\nNetherlands Pavilion – own booth space\nIf you want to participate with your own booth\, and also be part of the Netherlands Pavilion\, you can now book your raw booth space via HHWE!
