SUMMARY:Netherlands Lounge @ Floating Wind Solutions
DESCRIPTION:Floating Wind Solutions (FWS)\, held annually in Houston (TX)\, USA\, is the ultimate opportunity for those who are presently involved in or seeking entry into floating wind. FWS facilitates network opportunities with the right experienced people while gaining knowledge of the technical solutions available.   \nFWS’ mission is to utilize this platform to bring together the many critical players within the wind and offshore industries enabling accelerated adoption of floating wind energy globally. This premier event’s primary goal is to accelerate the energy transition\, by focusing on the industrialization and commercialization of floating wind energy.   \nNetherlands Lounge @ FWS\nIRO\, as part of the wind and water works platform\, will organize a Netherlands Lounge at FWS 24. The Netherlands Lounge has an optional reservation for booths #1008-1010 and #1108-1110\, with the possibility to further expand. See floorplan below. \nParticipation in the Netherlands Lounge includes: \n\n3x3m booth\npipe & drape booth dividers\n6′ draped table with black linen\n2 banquet chairs\nwaste basket\nexhibitor identification sign\n2 delegate passes per company (normally $1\,495 per piece!)\n\n \nParticipation fee\nTotal costs for the package above are $3\,500 (excl. VAT)\, excl. travel related expenses. FWS offers a discounted rate of $279 per night at the Hilton Americas Hotel\, where the event will take place. \nCall for abstracts\nIf you are planning to visit or exhibit at the FWS 2024\, consider submitting an abstract to get a chance to be part of the conference agenda and create more exposure for your company. Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words. Papers co-authored with developers are encouraged. Please review the subject focus areas within each session here.   \nDeadline for submitting abstract is September 7\, 2023.
