Consider joining the Netherlands Lounge at the Floating Offshore Wind 2025! \nAfter another record-breaking event in 2024\, RenewableUK and Scottish Renewables are pleased to announce Floating Offshore Wind back again on November 12-13\, 2025\, at the P&J Live in Aberdeen!\nFOW25 is the meeting place for all current and future players in the global floating wind industry. It offers an unrivalled opportunity to meet and network with all the key players and discuss the key technical challenges and solutions to the industrialization and commercialization of floating wind. \nNetherlands Lounge\nHolland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE)\, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in London\, will set up a Netherlands Lounge during FOW25 with a total floorspace of around 36sqm\, in which every participant will be introduced individually. The Lounge will be conveniently located in the expo hall at booth K40\, and can accommodate up to 12 companies. See the floorplan here. \nParticipation in the Netherlands Lounge includes the following: \n\nfully equipped joint Netherlands booth with customized branding;\nown poster desk for each participating company (max. 12 available);\nexposure of company logo in the booth design;\nshared TV screen for corporate video (max. 1\,5 min.) OR PowerPoint Presentation (max. 6 slides);\n1 free exhibitor conference pass per participant (additional badges €300 for exhibitor only badge and €775 for conference pass);\nwith conference pass access to all conference sessions\, catering etc.;\nparticipation in the Floating Wind mission visit on Monday November 9 and Tuesday November 10 (see preliminary program below);\nhosting support on site;\nparticipation in the UK – NL networking dinner on Tuesday November 10;\nsupport in arranging meetings;\nhotel and flight recommendation;\ndrinks & snacks in the Lounge; and\njoint promotion.\n\nPreliminary program\nNext to participation in the Floating Offshore Wind exhibition and conference\, we are planning to organize a two-day visit on Monday November 10 and Tuesday November 11.
