Join the Holland Pavilion at HUSUM Wind 2017, organized by Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE), to meet existing and potential clients in the wind energy from all across the world. The fair will take place from 12 to 15 September 2017 at Husum, Germany.
The fair in Husum was created 25 years ago as one of the first wind energy fairs. Throughout the years the concept of HUSUM Wind has changed. The new concept with focus specifically on the important German core market, has proven to be a complete success that was greeted with enthusiasm by exhibitors and visitors alike. The German wind market is as interesting as ever, also for companies from the Netherlands. In 2017 there will be current political and technical topics on the agenda, such as the tendering process, maintenance concepts and repowering. The special exhibitions Offshore Wind Energy and Sector Coupling & Grid Integration will also focus on pioneering areas.
HUSUM Wind 2017, as the national shop window, perfectly demonstrates the diversity, cutting-edge technology and the innovative power of the German market – and in such an authentic location as Husum. In 2017, businesses and industry representatives will once again be exhibiting their products and services along the entire value chain at HUSUM Wind. They invite you to attend the most important trade fair for the German wind industry, and experience the special HUSUM Wind spirit at first hand.
HHWE intends to set up a Holland Pavilion at HUSUM Wind 2017, depending on the amount of interested companies that will join the Pavilion.
At this moment we have an option for booth 2C11 in Hall 2, which can host 10-12 companies. This booth space in Hall 2 is one of the best locations at the exhibition and is located next to the main aisle in the center of Hall 2. Please see the floorplan for the exact location of this booth.
At the pavilion there will be also space available for a lounge, where the participants have place to sit down and talk with (potential) customers. The price per company will be around €3,500-€4,000.
– Preparation and organization;
– A fully furnished stand with own company logo, company name and posters on back & side walls;
– Booth inventory, electricity and lightning
– Daily cleaning;
– Transportation of materials for the joint stand;
– On site staff HHWE;
– Joint promotion;
– [optional] Holland lounge with tables & chairs for meeting clients;
– [optional] HHWE network reception.
Note: HHWE can only set up a Holland Pavilion if there are at least 10 participating companies. Please register before May 15 2017!
Exact prices are unknown at this moment. Expected costs (excluding travel- and hotel costs) per company are mentioned above. To cover (part of) the fee, SME’s can apply for an RVO missievoucher with a maximum value of €1.500.
After registration HHWE will inform you on regular basis if we have the required participants in order to proceed with the Holland Pavilion.
