This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.hhwe.eu, operated by Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE). This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

Information Collection, Use and Sharing
HHWE is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, via the online webforms or other direct contact from you. We will not sell this information to anyone.
We are entitled to save this data on the following bases:
- with HHWE members the basis ‘necessary for the execution of the agreement’ applies. Without the personally identifiable information we can’t fulfill our services for our HHWE members.
- with non HHWE members the basis ‘permission’ applies. Permission can be given by filling in the online forms, sending us an e-mail and/or request, subscribe for (one of) our activity/activities, but also by giving out your business card at (network)meetings.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or to help you or your company within the goals of HHWE.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to send you our newsletter, tell you about our upcoming activities, send exclusive invited for meetings, seminars etc. or update you about changes to this privacy policy. We will save your data until you ask us to delete your data from our database, you can do this at any time.
Your access to and control over information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via info@hhwe.eu:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
We will always try to reply to your request/email within two working days and send you a written confirmation of our decision/solution to your request/email.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. The only information we will ever ask from you are your name, e-mail address and phone number.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only people working for HHWE and who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Registration
In order to register for an activity organized by HHWE herself, a user must first complete the registration form at the detail page of the event. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the activity for which you have registered and to contact you in the future if a similar activity will be organized by HHWE.
