With over 200.000 expected visitors, ADIPEC in Adu Dhabi has ben the world’s largest exhibiton for energy supply for years. This year, NMT-IRO is organizing the Netherlands Pavilion at a strategic location on the exhibition floor.

ADIPEC brings together over 2.250 oganizations from the global energy ecosystem, showcasing the latest innovations shaping the future of energy. The event hosts 54 national & international oil and gas companies and 30 country pavilions from around the world.

Through its renowned Strategic Conference Program, ADIPEC attracts over 15.000 policymakers, CEOs, innovators, and industry experts, developing ideas and solutions to tackle the challenges or the energy transition. Additionally, ADIPEC provides a global platform for collaboration, enabling companies to form partnerships, explore cutting-edge technologies, and discover solutions for a low-carbon future.

Raw space stand

€1.150/sqm + €1.420 c-exhibitor fee (marketing & insurance costs)

Participation includes:

• empty floor space for your custom-built stand;
• your stand builder must be approved by NMT-IRO to ensure coordination within the pavilion;
• maximum stand height: 4 meters;
• access to the central NL lounge with drinks & light catering;
• networking reception;
• transport arrangement;
• joint PR for the NL Pavilion; and
• support from NMT-IRO.

All-inclusive stand

€1.500/sqm + €1.420 co-exhibitor fee (marketing & insurance costs)

Participation includes:

• stand construction including carpet;
• furniture, electricity, and lighting;
• customization options, such as printed walls;
• access to the central NL Pavilion lounge with drinks & light catering;
• networking reception;
• transport arrangement;
• joint PR for the NL Pavilion; and
• support from NMT-IRO.

Lounge panel

€4.800 + €1.420 co-exhibitor fee (marketing & insurance costs)

Participation includes:

• wall panel for your graphic material (approx. 1 x 2,5m);
• small high table;
• 2 bar stools;
• electricity connection;
• access to the central NL Pavilion lounge with drinks & light catering;
• networking reception;
• transport arrangement;
• joint PR for the NL Pavilion; and
• support from NMT-IRO.

Your company may be eligible for the SIB Subsidy for Collective Activities. The subsidy covers 50% of the costs, up to a maximum of €2.500.
