Under the watchful eye of Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, South Korean JeJu National University (JNU), DUWIND – TUDelft and ECN signed a MoU for ‘Collaboration and Exchange for an Academic Research and Training Program in the field of Wind Energy’ last week. The purpose of this program is to further increase capabilities and to share Korean – Netherlands knowhow with a focus on offshore wind energy. As a first part of this MoU, ECN and DUWIND will establish an ‘Offshore Wind Energy Operations and Maintenance’ training program for JNU Students, PhD’s and a specific group of Korean companies.
