PIB Offshore Wind Ireland Information Session
2 February @ 14:30 - 18:00
Are you working in the offshore wind sector and expanding your business activities in Ireland? Then don’t miss the PIB Offshore Wind information session jointly organized by the Netherlands Embassy in Dublin, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), TWD and Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) on February 2, 2023!
Companies and knowledge institutes with interest to contribute to the local offshore wind supply chain in Ireland (bottom-fixed and floating) and also companies involved in hydrogen and port development.
What is the PIB Offshore Wind Ireland?
PIB stands for Partners for International Business, and is a public-private venture, made possible by RVO. It is aimed at enhancing the visibility and position of participating companies on a certain market, in this case the Irish offshore wind energy market.
After organizing two successful trade missions to Ireland in 2022 with support from our Embassy in Dublin and RVO, HHWE will take the lead in building a powerful Dutch offshore wind cluster focused on the offshore wind developments in Ireland.
What to expect?
During this information session Yaron Oppenheimer (Deputy Head of Mission at the Netherlands Embassy in Dublin) and Arjen Schutten (Managing Director HHWE), will inform you on the recent developments on the Irish offshore wind market and the benefits of joining the PIB. Piet Warnaar (Business Developer at TNO), and Milan Zlatkov (Engineering Manager at TWD) will reflect on the long-term opportunities for doing business in Ireland. Furthermore, Peter Bouwhuis (President and CEO at XELLZ), a logistic company with huge experience on the Irish market, will share some insights on his business experiences in Ireland.
