€1,750.00 – €12,500.00The 2025 International Partnering Forum (IPF) will take place April 28 – May 1, at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia (USA). The IPF is the premier offshore wind energy conference in North America. Hosted by Oceantic Network, this event connects global leaders and businesses in the supply chain, offers unparalleled networking opportunities, and delivers breaking updates on the industry, from technology to policy.
Netherlands Pavilion larger than ever!
Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) will organize a Netherlands Pavilion with a total floorspace of 1600sqft (~144 sqm) that you can join in two ways:
- NEW! You can now join the NL Pavilion with your own booth (10x10sqft / ~3×3 sqm or 20×10 sqft / ~3×6 sqm) in the Netherlands pavilion. Please see an impression of the expected booth below.
- You can also join the NL Lounge (shared booth) with a poster panel participation, like in previous years. We secured a booth space of 54sqm. The NL Lounge is co-organized by the Consulate General in New York and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
The NL Pavilion will be located at a central location along the main isle, close to most facilities. Please see the location of the NL Pavilion here. Booth numbers: 1627, 1633, 1727 and 1733. Final booths depend on the number of participants.

Participation with your own booth in the NL Pavilion
Participation includes the following:
- Two complimentary conference tickets for IPF 2025 per 10×10 sqft or 10×20 sqft booth;
- Furnished 10×10 sqft booth with booth construction: table, two chairs, storage desk with your logo/graphic, brochure rack, bin and your corporate graphic (10×10 ft.) on the backwall of the booth for corporate exposure;
- Electricity and power point;
- Customized Netherlands and wind and water works design (a.o. orange carpet, hanging banner above the pavilion and graphics);
- Support in preparing your participation before, during and after IPF 2025;
- Participation in all conference sessions, poster sessions and WindMatch (B2B);
- Your company included in the (online) IPF exhibitor directory;
- Shared meeting room, available during show hours (TBC, depending on availability with organizer);
- Option to rent additional furniture and/or TV screen via out booth construction against additional costs;
- Support with arranging individual meetings;
- Participation in the NL side event(s) (TBC);
- Hotel recommendation (via block reservation, TBC);
- Catering in the Netherlands Pavilion (coffee/tea, water & snacks);
- IPF general catering (lunch, drinks etc.);
- Listing in the NL Mission booklet; and
- Joint NL promotion.
For comparison: a 10×10 sqft booth sold by IPF does not have booth construction (but the pipe and drape system), and comes without any corporate graphics, furniture, electricity & power outlets, and additional promotion and NL services.
Participation costs own booth
PIB USA & HHWE members: € 11,900
Non members: € 12,500
There are max.10 booths available in the pavilion. Initially you can book max two booths per company. If you would like to book more, please let us know and we will check availability. You may indicate your preferred location on the registration form. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, but we can’t guarantee your location upfront.
Each booth (10×10 or 10×20) includes two complimentary conference tickets. Additional tickets can be bought at the following rates:
PIB USA & HHWE members: € 1,750* per ticket
Non-members: € 2,000* per ticket
* Ticket prices depend on final pricing of IPF 2025 tickets. They may still be adjusted. Based upon previous IPF editions we expect that ticket prices with IPF are US$ 2,100.
All prices include the complete package as mentioned above. All prices are without VAT and travel related expenses.
To cover part of the fee, SME’s can apply for a SIB Collective Activity Subsidy via RVO, with a maximum worth of 80% of the participant fee (with a max. of €2,500). Please note that as HHWE we can’t guarantee this subsidy will be granted, that’s up to RVO. Participation with poster panel in the NL Lounge
Participation in the Netherlands Lounge with a poster panel includes the following:
- Conference ticket (one) for IPF 2025;
- Fully furnished shared booth with customized Netherlands and wind and water works design at the exhibition floor;
- Exposure of company logo, corporate photo and name at the Lounge;
- Own posterpanel within the Lounge (only available for the first 18 registered companies), dimensions 1m wide x 2,5m high;
- Participation in all conference sessions, poster sessions and WindMatch (B2B);
- Your company included in the (online) IPF exhibitor directory;
- Shared meeting room, available during show hours (TBC, depending on availability with organizer);
- Shared TV for corporate video (max. 1,5 min) OR PowerPoint presentation (max. 6 slides);
- Support with arranging individual meetings;
- Support in preparing your participation before, during and after IPF 2025;
- Participation in the NL side event(s) (TBC);
- Catering in the Netherlands Pavilion (coffee/tea, water & snacks);
- IPF general catering;
- Listing in the NL Mission booklet; and
- Joint NL promotion.
Participation costs poster panel
PIB USA members: first ticket for € 2,000 (incl. poster panel), every additional ticket € 1,750
Non-members: first ticket €3,400 (incl poster panel)*, every additional ticket € 2,000
* The first ticket includes the surcharge for participation in the NL Lounge and the poster panel, and is therefore more expensive than additional tickets.
All prices include the complete package as mentioned above, including a conference ticket worth $2,100 and co-exhibitor charges worth $400. All prices are without VAT and travel related expenses.
