In order to learn more on the emerging opportunities in the offshorewind and greenhydrogen economies in the Baltic States, Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) together with the Regional Business Development and the Netherlands Embassies in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have commissioned two market studies pointing out business opportunities for the Dutch companies in the Baltic countries.
